You are surrounded by the Light, the Life Force Energy that vitalizes everything.

As you place your focus on the Light, and bring it into your Light Body, you will feel your vibration rise. 

As you experience this higher energetic level, you may find you wish to share it with others. There are many ways to do this, but basically you must only have the intention to do so. It does not mean you have to amaze or astound anyone, even the slightest amount of your higher vibration can serve someone, often when they need it most.

You are a Living Being, experiencing a spiritual life, in human form. It may not be the only lifetime you have had, nor could it be the last. Your purpose for being here is to understand what it means to be human, as your mental and spiritual aspects experience life through your physical self.

The most precious thing you have, is the time in your life. It cannot be bought or sold; however, it can be lost and found.

Therefore, the most productive activity you can engage in, with the time allotted to you, is not waste it. This does not mean that you should be doing something every moment. Rather it suggests that whatever you are doing should be what is best for that particular time.

You may spend days doing nothing, so you can calm your mind, relax, and rejuvenate. Other times you may be busy, and your time will be occupied.

The best use of your time is when you are able to reflect and feel good about how you spent it. After all, it is yours to do with what you wish.

Cosmic Cycles have been honored for ages, as markers of essential Sacred Geometric aspects of the passage of life on Earth. The path of humanity is integrated into these cycles. Moon cycles, eclipses, equinoxes, and solstices are indisputably the same for everyone. It is important to place your attention on these events.

No one disputes the seasons, the degree of the angle of the sunlight that shines upon the Earth, or that the moon passes through her cycles.

Everyone is on the same journey, just on different parts of the long road. Some are farther along than others. It is easy to spot those who are struggling, but even the ones who are strong, successful, and accomplished, may not have always been so. Many have passed through the dark night of the soul and despair, and emerged into the Light.

If you have made such a journey, then you know that it can end, but not without leaving a history that presents you with choices. One choice is to live with regret for previous shortcomings, which may have caused pain to friends and loved ones. A feeling of remorse may surface each time you remember those that are now gone, who may have been affected by your actions. You perhaps feel uncomfortable about how others, who knew you in the past, might remember you.
